To provide the service we process the phone number of the calling party, the audio and transcript of the call, and the appointment details the caller provides. From business owners we collect the contact details you submit (name, phone, business type, and any message).
How we use it
Call data is used only to answer your calls, book appointments, and send you transcripts and reports. Contact-form data is used only to reply to you. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Call transcripts and recordings are retained only as long as needed to provide the service and are deleted on request. Contact enquiries are kept while we are in touch with you.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing us. We aim to respond within a few business days.
